One of the best banking experiences ever. From the security guard at the front door and the woman that waited on me and placed with Ms. Kendra. She was soooooo patient and helpful with everything I needed. I've never had anyone take the time that she did to help me with so many things. I would reccomend them to anyone. I will be glad when Indianapolis gets caught up with the rest of the world and get more Bank of Americas all over town.
