      They never answer the phone, the company has gone down the past 3 years. A lot of hands on things causing too much confusion, communication is terrible.

      Poor customer service to the upmost. The worst representation of services provided for minority by minority I've seen in my life,true enough they gave me my 1st shot at a loan from a financial institution and I did pay them back as well but,if I could do it all over again I'd bypass them.Never can get anyone at the East 10nth street location to simply answer the phone. High extremely high interest rates of the on all.my loans/financing from this organization. I had disputes that were not only mishandled but lost and denied even being done until I called corporate to investigate.
