Very helpful answering my questions and my partner was there and she was able to focus on both of our questions I forget her name but I’m pretty sure she was the manager so we knew we are in good hands when it comes to information on certain types of accounts . Definitely pays attention to ages and what’s better for you to have account wise and explaining fees and savings plans.

There are nowhere near enough employees to handle the volume of customers. I felt so bad for the people working; they were doing the best they could in a stressful situation. Waited 35 minutes in line just to get change. The line was down the block when I got there and even longer when I left.

Without a doubt the worst branch I’ve ever been to! The most incompetent staff ever! I’ve been a Bank of America customer for 20 years! Not anymore after visiting this branch!
