Great experience with the personnel at this bank. They've been available and helpful in dealing with closing my deceased mother's account and opening another in my name, and sympathetic at a very difficult time. Bank of America's phone services are terrible and I was on hold for more than four hours before I walked into this branch cold, but the people here have been very professional.
