      This branch and the employees are very polite and helpful. Coming in and being greeted right away is something I like as a customer. As I waited for an available teller I was let it be known that I would be assisted as soon as one was available. Both tellers were available but again I was assured that they would be with me as soon as possible. I tend to have high expectations for branches as I grew up in the industry. Not being a BofA customer I compare to my personal bank and I 100% have to say it is comparable. Thank you for being so polite and responsive to someone who is not even a customer.

      I no longer do business with Bank of America because their politics irritates me as an observant U.S. Citizen. Luckily, my financial advisors took their concession-based boutique investment advisory business elsewhere and I was able to follow them to that other financial institution with “Ameri” in the name. My rights as a citizen of The United States of America are important enough to drive elsewhere. This is a video of me driving past Bank of “America” (BOM) after moving my retirement savings elsewhere. I am sorry to say that I vote with my money and have a fat mouth that likes to encourage others to do the same...

      This branch is TERRIBLE. First of all their banker tricked me into an account that she claimed would give me more cash rewards on my card, however, I am not earning more I am losing more instead because of Bank Of America's monthly maintenance fee. Second, my daughter saves up her change, and once each year we count it and put it into her savings account. Once they refused to count it for us but trusted how much we said it was and put it into the bank, no one in the bank but the manager and a bank teller at that time..umm that is unprofessional. Third, we recently brought in my daughter's change again to only be turned down because there was loose change that wouldn't fit into the rolls, two tellers and no one in the bank at the time! VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! DO YOUR JOB PEOPLE! What is the point of a bank teller if you cant do anything but what an ATM does?! I will be taking my banking elsewhere. Thanks for nothing Bank of America.
