      Had a issue with my bank account that I was trying to resolve for a hour on the phone with customer service, Ed one of the clerks for Bank of America was able to fix in a matter in seconds. The entire staff is very friendly every time I walk in. Very happy with this Bank of America location!!!!

      Website hours do not indicate the lobby is closed for lunch. Got there and was told by security guard that there was only the manager and 1 teller working today, and they were both at lunch. Did not know what time they would be back. Wasted my lunch hour and still haven’t been able to take care of my issue.
