      They need more workers, but they are doing what they can, it would be nice if sombre of the suits could help the tellers... that was the worst part.

      Lobby has been randomly closed for about two weeks now, with no explanation to be found for any account holders. With the downtown branch shut down permanently, anyone in North Spokane has to travel all the way across the city just to access simple banking services now. No info at all on when this branch will reopen, or why they've chosen to burden their patrons like this.
