This is the worst bank ever! I have been in 3 times to get a key for the night box and have spent over 6 hours waiting and still have no key. Every time I am told they are too busy when there is literally no one there. The manager is horrible and completely rude. If you have a choice use any other branch. All I want is a key to the night drop box so I don't have to deal with them. I literally just want to give them money and they cannot fathom how to hand out a key. It has taken 10 minutes max and both the other branches I have night drop keys to. Awful horrible completely disgusting service.

This branch has worse customer service ever, unfriendly. Also when I called them and ask for branch manager they put me on hold for 45 minutes then dropped. after I called 2 hours and nobody picked up the phone. I'm going to close all my business accounts and personal with BOA. Chase have better service then anybody.
