  I went in Friday to get information about opening a new account. As soon as I walked in I was greeted before I could sit down. I was expecting to wait for aleast 10 minutes. Alexandra was helping from another Clermont branch, she setup my new account, explained details of the account and the mobile app. The branch manager stopped to say hello and asked how everything went. This was the best overall experience with any bank that I have ever used in Florida. Thanks for the excellent service. Robert Pregitzer

  Never has any appointments within 2 weeks. There is really no reason to continue banking with a brick and mortar bank anymore ... i have to drive 15 miles to other Bank of Americas because this one never has anything available for two weeks.

  Bank of America...Why can't a member just get a print out of Your Balance without Doing a transaction.. I have experienced that at several locations sometimes you just want to know your balance without taking money out or putting money in print it out. But if you go to another ATM where you have to pay a fee you will get a printout . Bank of America do better it's a simple print out.

While Account Balances are unable to be printed via ATM without a transaction being completed, clients are able to view their balances on screen. Additionally, clients can conveniently access their account balances and transaction activity right from within Online Banking or by using our Bank of America Mobile Banking app to check your balance on the go from your phone or smart device.
