      We had a totally awesome experience today. We sold our RV and the buyer went with us to pay off our Bank of America loan. It was a little complicated but the ladies were all very helpful, courteous, and got our transactions completed with a smile.

      Always very busy here in this bank. Takes forever to do any kind of business here in this branch. You would think as big a BOA is they would built more branches.

      Only one ATM works they never fix the other ATM and you need to stand in line in the hot sun just to make a transaction while everyone watches you how much money you are taking out (no ATM privacy) an old lady almost fainted cuz of the hot sun
