  STILL DONT HAVE MY ROGUE BACK. ITS JULY 15th. JUST FOUND OUT IT NEEDS MORE PARTS AFTER THEY TOLD ME YESTERDAY THAT IT WOULD BE READY TODAY!!!! WHAT ARE THEY DOING OVER THERE!!!!!!! OR NOT DOING!!!!!!! DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR TO BERT OGDEN BODY SHOP! you will not see it again for months! they have had my 2021 Nissan Rogue since May 1st. I call to speak to my "service advisor" David but never has time to take my call. They tell me he would call me back when he can, but he never calls back. On June 30th they called to tell me my car was ready so I drove right over and picked it up. I only got around the block as it was pulling to the left. David said that they had it aligned that they might have not done it right. I think they would have noticed it when they were driving it back. he told me they would take it the next day to get aligned again. I call the next day to see if it was ready and they informed me that the gear assembly was broken and had to order a new one and it would be there July 5th its July 12th and they still haven't received the part. No one has called me to tell me that the part hasn't arrived or when they expect it to be there. So if you're looking for bad service and no idea when you will get your car back then this is the place for you. If you want good customer service then take your vehicle somewhere else!

  Absolutely terrible service. Please save your money and TIME and go somewhere else. I brought my car here after being rear ended in a parking lot. Rear Bumper needed to be replaced. That was the only work it needed. It took 11 weeks to get my car back. As many have said no sense of urgency here. No updates on repairs, and trying to get ahold of staff to get an update is beyond me. If you somehow do get through staff they will either transfer you to another line, or will tell you they’ll call you back when they hear something and not call back. I came here recommended by my insurance company. I didn’t know this at the time but you can go to any body shop you want to get repairs at. If your insurance tells you, they only do repairs at certain ones they are lying. Berd Odgen - please don’t respond to my review this is for the people not you. I will not discuss my concerns with you as I will never come back here.
