      I bought 2 truckload loads in one month, and I wired money from this Branch 2 time each time the money was not sent, many times I contacted to the saler and shipping company, they told me they didn't receive the money, after 3 days I come back to the bank and told them about this problem, They told me, oh this is our system problem, Sorry, the money is not sent, now we try to send it again, Some time I wired the money from bank of America branch on Flatcher Park way, they are working hard and I don't have any problem with them. They sent my money easy, All Bank of America branches have the same system, and I believe this is not your system problem, this is your employees problem, I lost my costumers and you west my time, please train your employees. Thanks
