  I can’t get into this location as the card reader doesn’t work. Not only can I not get in; there’s no number to call so that I can talk to a human and report that the door doesn’t work! No one physically works at this location either. BoA is trying so hard to keep costs so low that there’s no longer a human connection. Too bad this is the closest location to my home and office. I wish there were more branches available.

  Standing outside bank on Saturday at 1 but the branch is closed when it says it’s open on Saturday till 3-pm. Multiple people came and left as the door does not open even with their cards. Waist of time and energy to drive so many miles to come here.

  Bank of America TOOK my money! First they started holding my checks for 7 days because they had my personal name on them instead of my business name (business account), then I had the company I’m contracted with change the name to my business name so they wouldn’t hold the checks anymore... what does BoA do? Started holding the checks for 14 days to “verify funds”. So today I cashed the check at another bank and brought CASH into the branch. They told me to deposit into the atm. I deposited CASH into the atm, and they are holding 75% of the money STILL! Then they are telling me on the phone that this is rare and I should wait anywhere from 2 business days to 45 days for my money! Anybody have a lawyer I should call?
