  Debbie is an absolute charm, she really know her job and everytime I step into this bank she knows how to take care of my needs and they have a great crew as well. Also Carolina Duran, an employee at this Bank of America provided us (Bido Family) with exceptional services and was very kind while she took take care of our Bank account situation.

  This place is terrible. I wish I could give it negative stars. Xavier is most definitely not helpful and does not even read corporate documents correctly. Additionally she takes legal language out of context to ensure reasons why she Can't help you. Go to a different branch or a different bank.
