I experienced fraud on my account. When I went into the lake forest location I was greeted and taken into an office. Audrey Ives did such an amazing job helping myself and my wife. I am so grateful to have met her and done business with her. She made it very easy to do business and have everything settled. Go see Audrey if you have any questions, she is amazing!

If I could give Fairwinds a zero I would. Lousy customer service. This bank has no loyalty to it's customers. I would warn anyone not to join this farce of a credit union. They play games with your account and YOUR money, they are lazy and liars. Goodridden....

I’ve been with FAIRWINDS my entire 30 years, my parents signed me up as a baby. I have been spoiled by FAIRWINDS, any time I’ve gone to other financial institutions the service goes right out the window and the rates are higher. My mortgage, auto loan, direct deposit, and emergency savings accounts are all with FAIRWINDS. I shopped around and FAIRWINDS had the best auto loan rate, and with Taylor’s exceptional customer service I had the car in record time! Taylor definitely made me feel like her number 1 priority and worked with the dealership for me, what a relief! I’ll definitely be back to this location time and time again.
