      The tellers & bankers are always very helpful! I’ve never had to wait very long even when the place is full of customers. The drive thru ATM is super convenient.

      They never pick up the phone! Scheduling an appointment you must go to their website. Long lines, most of the time only one teller is at the window.

      I see hear some people complain about BoA. Not me! They have always assisted me, the best they could. And most importantly, they have protected my bank checking account from a fraud person and have also protected my credit card every time someone has scammed my account. They contact me and let me know it has happened and they protect me! Thank you BoA!
