      They send you a pin a couple of days after you sign up and this aka this incredibly difficult to initially use their services. At the end of the day they say you can go in and change your pin…well they are apparently too busy to take the little time it is to help a new customer open an account with them. They apparently prioritize their business cx over their other cx and unfortunately I work some monstrous crazy hours. They should have more than one person working and other ways to change this online then. It was quite inhospitable, rude and overall not a great experience. I may think of taking my saving elsewhere and open a Roth elsewhere seeing as this is my first experience and not a good one.
