      I needed to send a bank wire on short notice and appointments were already booked for the day. The manager, Chad, not only listened and gave me accurate info regarding the wire process but was able fit me in with a banker(Norma, she was great) and get my wire completed on time!!!

      I Was there for my life insurance test to be able to be licensed and I had the worst experience. The staff on room 220 at 4-6pm were beyond rude and unprofessional all but Angela/Angie. She was the only one who spoke to me like a human being. The woman who was watching lab A stated my test time went out when I didn’t start till after 4pm. I left the testing room before 6 so I still had plenty of time. I took a unscheduled bathroom back and upon returning my test was not able to be accessed. it feels like it was personal due to the way I was treated by the staff. Very disappointed in the lack of social skills this room had. Again ms Angela/ Angie was the only person who truly made me feel non disrespected whilst being very professional and kind .
