This 5-star rating is being written for MR. WILISON LIM. I was attempting to make a $200.00 deposit into the ATM located on the outside of the bank. The ATM malfunctioned and only recorded a deposit for $160.00 versus $200.00. When this matter was brought to Mr. LIM’S attention, he immediately contacted the appropriate department, filed a report and credited my bank account for the $200.00 deposit. Mr. LIM’S prompt attention, professionalism, talents and skillsets turned this negative encounter with the ATM into a very positive experience and moreover, an introduction to an awesome Bank of America employer!
