      Came in a few times within the last 6 months. Not once was I able to get help with my account. All I needed was transaction history. They tell me it's because they don't have enough help. I applied for a teller position since I'm currently working in an office and have experience with computers and accounting. Also have a totally clean record, do not drink or smoke. And excellent work history. All they tell me is there are no open positions at this time. I assumed it was because they hired a bunch of people. I go in today to close my account, with a 9 o'clock appointment. And they tell me they booked 5 appointments for 9 o'clock and I would have to wait. Or schedule for another time. I'm going to go to Phoenix to see if there's a bank out there that can help me. This one just doesn't care about there customers anymore.

      You can not talk to anyone on the phone. Terrible that they cannot even answer the phone. Stay away, go to a Credit Union, I will as soon as i'm able...
