  The manager there handles everything so patiently even though there is always one teller and upset people. He does everything possible to keep the line moving. He’s very respectful and is doing the best he can. That’s great management, and sometimes people don’t realize that he can only do so much with what the company allows him to do. Please be nice to those employees that do show up.

  I was going to open a student account for my kid. Advised I needed to go into branch. 6/24/22 Willow Creek branch closed, found out due to "Covid". No-its because they don't want to hire more people despite making billions and despite closing the downtown branch. Chase and Wells Fargo seem to be able to keep multiple branches open. I'm done with them. Not only are they losing my kid's account and a potential for a lifetime of business, after several years I AM pulling all my accounts and going with one of the other two. AND BOA don't bother responding about how you're sorry or care unless it's to say you are reopening immediately.

  Constantly and seemingly randomly "temporarily closed". And since they closed down the downtown branch only option is all the way to Prescott Valley. My advice...Avoid BofA if at all possible!
