  Professional, knowledgeable, and friendly staff. All three of the people with whom I spoke at the Brunswick Bank of America seemed to genuinely care about my business, although I am far from the biggest fish in their pond. Many thanks!

  Terrible Customer Service. Not only did they try to turn me away at the door. They closed my account for withdrawing my own funds. Their reason is this "You used Zelle" a third party app that bank of america themselves promote all over their website/mobile app... I called about 20 times to only get hung up on or to get transferred to absolutely nowhere. Once a fax numher, second a disconnect, third another hang up. I Do NOT recommended this bank or this branch. The staff there are miserable an rude.

  Teller was extremely condescending to everyone she worked with. Also regularly looked off over their shoulder into the distance and refused to give more than short, curt answers to questions rather than actually explaining anything.
