      Went in to deposit A LOT of my tips from work, which was all in ones and also another 100 or so in change I had rolled. An employee named Dena was VERY helpful. She was very sweet and made the process easy. Thank you dena.

      Oof there is no manager at this bank.... And it shows... Do not promote the banker who was filling in as manager. She cannot handle the stress. Five people (or customers!) left after being told to wait 40 minutes. At the very least, put up a sign.

      Another Bank of America with over 15 people waiting for one teller while other employees chit chat with each other pretending to work while we wait 45min or more. Hire better employees
