      BOFA is a questionable company, but the folks here are nice and helpful. The problem is that even they have to wait in long phone lines (same as the customer). Regardless, prompt. Thanks to Crystal and her manager for helping me with my issues.

      15+ people in line, and yet only 1 teller even though there seemed to be 5+ employees sitting at other computers. Wait times are ridiculous. Don't bother calling their phone. They will never answer. I was curious and called the phone while waiting in line at the bank. Didn't hear a phone ringing anywhere in the area. Probably muted or left in a room no one goes to.
