  Nobody answers the phone. Very inconvenient to have to go all the way over there for something that could be handled with a phone call.

  Whats the point of having a phone line to the branch if you never pick up the phone? Called over 20 times in a row, no exaggeration. Was supposed to be called back today, bank nearly closed and no call back or way to contact anyone from this branch. Unacceptable and clearly why they are a 2 star rating 🤷‍♂️
