      Syed took great care of me. Had a difficult situation that I needed to get resolved (no fault of the bank), and Syed made it happen! He was knowledgeable, professional, and courteous. Always followed through and got the job done for me. BOA has a great employee in Syed Hasan.

      Lady wouldn’t cash my check after I told her I didn’t want to open up a checking account. Update- I went to a different Bank of America today, and they cashed my check with no issue. The lady at this specific flower mound location was clearly annoyed with me when I didn’t want to open up an account and unjustifiably wouldn’t cash my check.

      Went there today for small transactions. Was told by someone who i think was a manager no one could help me and I could come back in one hour. Only one person "Noor" hustling to take care of all clients...
