  The front door was opened by one of the managers. Inside another gentleman greeted me and directed me to what I needed. The tellers were giddy to help and professional with numbers. My visit was very limited so I want able to do a more granular audit of their services and staff. Their drive-up ATMs are aukwardly placed far from the main building making them easy to miss (at least for me, which isn't saying much). Either way, they seem to succeed in adequately storing my money so no major complaints.

  Every time I am going it's close, we have two branches in gladstone area. One of them it's always close. And today I went to second one before 12 PM and found close as well. Need to have one branch open.

  TERRIBLE customer service, I make an appointment and they don't see me on time, and it's not the first time. the person who attends you when you open the door is not professional at all including the people inside they work super slow.how many people here is waiting for 🤦🏻‍♀️
