      Customer service was fine, your employees were pleasant and helpful. The banks’ ‘stop payment’ fee of $36 is outrageous (my check was for $92)! Been a customer for a very long time.

      Worst customer service I've ever experienced. Jen Little was the bank reps name and she is a terrible person to deal with. I had to go to a different branch to get the help I needed. Thanks to the people at the branch by Antioch and Prospect.
