      Bank of America refused to negotiate a check for Jerome, who posted a video detailing his experience at this branch. The associate kicks him out rather than answering a question as to why she refused to cash his check or at least verify funds so he can take it to his bank. Bank of America doesn't consider people going to their branch to cash a check their "customer" so they tend to treat them worse, and in the case of these employees, they did all they could to not answer questions when pressed. In a zip code that is 89% caucasian with a median income of over $100,000, you can see in the viral video that this branch has a huge office dedicate to Merrill and Wealth Management, and a huge office for home loans, where most branches in lower-income areas don't have that and clients must video conference with bankers in another state to even try to get a loan. It wasn't a bank for Jerome. They made that clear. Hopefully if you google this video, you will see what happened more clearly. Shame on you guys.

      Unfortunately it only allows me to select atleast one STAR, lack of knowledge in the requirements to open an account. Had wasted one hour to open an account and the final outcome is to return frustrated without opening an account
