      Most of the tellers I deal with are very friendly and quick to apologize for any mishaps. I miss one of their old ones (Diane?) who moved on to manage another location because she was super sweet and super fast. But Desiree is awesome too and very cordial.

      Slow. No sense of urgency or customer service. Update 2/19: still rude. Kiku was one of the most impolite and unpleasant people I've ever encountered at a bank.
