      Well I visited the bank and found the agents extremely helping especially officer Eric assisted me in a very professional manner and spelled out bank policies as regard to my requirements in a very candid manner and to my entire satisfaction.well done Eric and keep doing the good work with same positive spirit

      Bank of incompetent, attention -01. 2 days coming to make a transfer from my account and the manager is unable to approve a transaction, they wash their hands they send me to call a number, I call the number they give me they tell me that everything is in order that they have no idea about it because the manager does not approve the transfer. There I enclose the cards of the two people who, despite not doing their job correctly, treat you in a disgusting way. They should give you a customer service course to see if they improve a bit.
