      This is by far the worst bank I have ever dealt with. Not only is the service less than pathetic but the staff which is generally only 1 female and the male manager of which neither have a clue what they are doing. Oh, make sure you pack a lunch, that's how long a transaction will take. Trust me if there was a zero I would rate it! And no, there is not a drive-thru.

      This bank has THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I have ever experienced in a bank .! I have to go there to pay mortgage nothing like giving your money to a rude group of people ! I live 5 mins from this branch but will looking for another , hopefully with better service. BoA bought my mortgage and this is the only time I’ve not been able to pay online without having an account at this AWFUL institution…. Rudeness goes from managers to tellers ….. If I could give them a NEGATIVE 5 stars I would Find another bank folks
