  I have been a business client for a long time. Not sure if I will be after today. This branch makes it's owe rules. One of my contractors could not get paid because he was not a member. Not cool BOA. ID was not the issue and check was for not alot of money. They have a limit on non members smh.

  I hate writing reviews as i understand all businesses face their own unique challenges. However, BOA just keeps coming up short. Not just this location but just about every location in the SE Pennsylvania area. Today, i went to deposit a check at 1pm. But the staff had decided to already lock the front doors and the slidding door inside. When we say you are open till a posted time, please keep to that promise or post a note if you close early due to any number of reasons.
