  I’m here right now, and been waiting for 40 minutes in line. Only one specialist is working and taking her sweet time with each customer. Please open additional windows. Respect your customers’ time.

  I love this BofA branch. The staff are fantastic and have always provided excellent service to me. Recently, Jennifer helped me set up my business checking account and business credit card account and it was a wonderful experience.
