      Unfortunately I didn’t catch her name, but the receptionist that helped me was extremely thorough and professional! Of course during popular hours it can get pretty jammed up, however, I have always had a good experience at this branch

      Loyalty means nothing to this bank. Not only charging a hidden fee here and there. I see you. I went to cash a check and because my account didn’t reflect the balance of the check they they are not at liberty to cash only deposit in my account. Well I want this money now “Karen”.No that really was her name lol. WHAT! I’m in the Twlight Zone. She tried to kill me with kindness by passing me off to her manager. By yelling my reason in which I was here, for the whole bank to hear. I thought banks were all about discretion. So on that note. Here I am dealing with a different personality coming from a “Manager”. In my opinion. On we go to get this done as fast as possible. Neglected to give me my card back after the account was closed. She just kept repeating,”it doesn’t work, it doesn’t work!” Ok I heard you thank you 🙏🏼 Have a great day. R.I.P. 2006-2021. Holy moly. Wow.
