      I have been dealing with Bank of America for 30 years. The New Smyrna branch is the worst branch I have ever had to deal with. Parking is horrible, they close the drivethorough with no notice. Tellers are condisending and the ATM seems to be out of service frequently. The answer is use another branch . I have suggested they add another ATM beachside however I am told it's up to the corporate office. When you are the only BA branch close by you can be as arrogant as you want. New Smyrna is a beach town during the summer traffic is unbearable at times. The town is growing fast and with it comes more dilemas accessing the bank.

      The Banking Industry needs to realize that they are a service and resource that people use, not the other way around!! Thanks fully Banks have plenty of competition and I recommend not using BOA
