  Used the drive thru ATM. It was to easy to get to and using the ATM was simple too!

  This bank is the worst bank I have ever been I asked manager there is 25 people in the line and you have two cashier here would you please ask their other workers to help them and we can be done faster she told me the have scheduled just two cashiers and it is what it is

  Very poor customer service…they don’t know how to organize people waiting in line just to make an appointment. Wasted my time here just scheduling an appointment and didn’t happen!!! I won’t recommend this branch of Bank of America…remember Bank of America Cerritos very poor customer service.
