      We have banked at BOA for 30 years. Had multiple accounts, mortgages, credit cards and used safe boxes. Our branch closed for COVID making access to safe boxes by appointment only. Very inconvenient. They suggested we transfer to a different branch which they said wouldn't be closing. We did and today needed to access but the branch is CLOSED. Tried calling no answer. Tried other branches same result. BOA customer care is non existent. Plan to close all accounts and our retirement accounts with Merrill. Disgusted future ex BOA costomer

      I had a temporary drivers license Manager refused to service me I had my old drivers license too,she said I have different address on it Poor service ,don’t suggest to come here
