      Michelle, Maria and one more very nice female teller are just Great. My 87 year old mother was a recent victim of fraud and this romeoville BMO team walked her through what to do to avoid loss$. THANK YOU GALS

      When my account was fraudulently accessed they did the worst "investigation" I have ever experienced! Now they are holding my disability check for extra days rather than releasing it so I can pay for my necessities.

      Got there before they opened. Waited 10 min for a banker to come at 9am to tell me drive-thru only because they didn’t have enough staff. Mind you I had 10K worth of checks in hand. and needed more then 500 limit you can get through drivethrus to run my business. It’s 9:22 am and I’m in the chase lobby up the road opening up account. I’ll return later this week to close my account and pull out my savings. Thanks for the last ten years of service BMO ! -Tom
