      Needed to close 2 accounts today. The relationships manager, Leila Ramezani was sad to hear of my request, but was extremely helpful and nice. She also helped me call BOA and request to change an address, which she was unable to do at her desk. The whole office had a friendly vibe about them and I could tell they enjoyed working together. When I was at the teller, Joe and Navid were friendly and genuine, especially Leticia. If I hadn't closed my accounts, I would definitely bank at this particular branch.

      The worst bank of America branches ever in US . The most manager very rude and impolite and unhelpful to costumers . Most managers work there are Chinese and they very very unhelpful and its like self service bank 😂
