      Called many times all week no answer and they need to be open 7 days a week I work Monday thru Friday 3rd shift so I don't get any time to do business except weekends

      Never ever answer the phone at this location. Once again, disappointing customer service. Update: Thank you for bringing the fact that you are a financial center to my attention. I too am a customer needing assistance. If the matter I needed assistance with could have been handled in an "automated" fashion, trust I would have certainly chosen that option. Sadly, this particular transaction required actual timely human interaction. May I humbly suggest, with your location being such a high volume branch, you possibly entertain the idea of investing in a $15-$17 an hour receptionist position to assist your financial professionals in fielding calls as opposed to giving the caller little to no pertinent alternatives.
