      Today after seeing Renner Rd lobby closed I went to the grove city location and the young gentleman helped me in about two minutes. Very helpful, courteous and efficient.. Why I love KEMBA

      Absolute garbage! Worst bank ever. They are not knowledgeable at all. Multiple times have had issues with trying to get something done because they didn’t know how to do it: from check deposits to trying take extra fees for no reason. They even closed my account without informing me. Charged me twice in the same month for a car payment. Would never bank with them again!

      I originally came here just to use the atm but it ended up being out of order so I had to go inside. The place was empty when I arrived with three employees present at the counter talking and laughing amongst themselves. I was immediately acknowledged as soon as I walked up to the counter, I explained what I needed and was in and out in under 5 minutes time. The lobby was clean and they had hand sanitizer at each teller station and at the door which I thought was awesome. Overall, a very positive experience.
