  Worst experience I've ever had at a bank. I want to exchange singles to bigger bills. I've had an account for the past 10 years with bank of America. When I first walked in the woman behind the counter already looked irritated but I asked if I could exchange the singles and she told me to wait for the manager so I said ok I stepped to the side and waited for quite a few minutes and was greeted with another woman I believe be name was Jennifer but she then ask me with a very smug look on her face where all the singles came from. I then told her that was not her business where the money came from and then she stated that she wouldn't have exchanged them anyway beocuse she has to know where the money came from. So I packed my things and i will most likely cancel my accounts with bank of America and going to someone else. I will never deal with this branch again. Nasty people behind the counter and very nasty and belittling manager.

  I wish I could give this zero stars. Have been there twice, tried to open an account at 3pm and was told I need an appointment while I saw 2 employees at there desks doing nothing and they didn’t close until 5pm. Then went back today to deposit cash into someone’s account and was told that I needed their ID. When I text my friend to send her ID, they said they could accept it virtually. I was GIVING them money, not asking for anything back since I don’t have an account. SO stupid and we will be moving our account to another bank. BE WARNED!!!!!!
