      I really appreciated the hands- on approach to the process. James was super knowledgeable and patient. Looking forward to using them again!

      I had really horrible experience with James from MDE Homes. He was to give me an exceptional rate which beat all, many were surprised that he is going so low on the rates and asked me to beware of these types of lenders. 1 week to close, he called me and said the rates have gone up by 2% and i had not locked in on the rates. I sent him, his associates and everyone to lock in the rates months ago, and they confirmed that they had locked in. He said i had to look into a fine print in the document where he had specified the rates were not locked in. This was a clear case of False Statements, but i did not have time to pursue him with a lawsuit. I accepted that i was swindled by MDE to sign this, and looked for bigger profits. If you have to work with James, you will never know when and how you will be swindled.

      Thank for your feedback. However your loan was not locked in which was indicated on all your paperwork. Yes, rates went up for everyone who was not locked in. Unfortunate that inflation moved up so quickly over a short period of time

      Worst lender we ever dealt with. And as we suspected they sold our loan off to another bank less than a week after closing.
