  With the traumatic waiting experience, it is just the slowest transacting Bank of America ever in the area. I can just let it pass the first time but a third is enough.

  Prepare yourself to stand in like for 5 hours. They always have only 1 person at this location and the line is usually out the door. Place is a joke. Unprofessional. Can't blame anything on covid this place has always been this way
