  I never have a problem with this bank unless I need help. Nancy is one real witch. Rude, victim-blaming and incredibly defensive. She’s ready for argument. I pray every time I go there that I don’t get her. The customer service rep over the phone planned on refunding a mire $127 for fraud. I came into the bank to close my account, as the representative said I should, and Nancy fought me tooth and nail, blamed me for what had happened and wanted to only refund me $74. “It’s your fault you fell into this.” Her exact words. Thankfully the gentleman I spoke to about my IRA, Joe, was there and he fully understood my situation and gave me a print out to help me try to further resolve my issue. Student loan fraud is much more strategic than regular fraud and I don’t think people are aware of that. I never fall for scams, however, the extreme confusion surrounding student loans during this time and the amount of technology scammers have, make it stay easy to believe that they are actual banks. I still am uncertain if I should outright close my account or just head over to a different HaborOne location. Nancy was being nice by the end but honestly she just left a bad taste in my mouth.

  Terrible customer service and extremely frustrated. I waited in line for 45 minutes since the lobby was closed as it has been for months due to the pandemic. The lines get extremely long as a result. When I finally pulled up to the window they told me that they couldn’t process the banking request due to a broken drive thru canister. I offered to run the withdrawal slip to the door and they told me no that wouldn’t be possible. I would have to get back to the end of the line and start all over again 15+ cars deep after waiting my turn for close to an hour. The woman at the window was rude and unhelpful. I’m hoping I can pull my account as soon as I can to a different bank since they don’t seem to care about their customers.
