  When I visited this branch there was only one taller lady and a line of 5-6 customers but the taller was good and the line was moving quickly. Moreover, branch manager, very nice lady, noticed the line and immidiately interviiened starting assisting people in the line. To sum up, I had extreamly positive experience with this BOA branch Today.

  We stood in line nearly 30 minutes to cash some bonds in. They had 9 people total in the bank, only one at the teller window. People were lined back to the entrance. At one point there were 6 people behind the window, still one teller. Poor customer service. I'm changing banks after 24 years with them.

  If you like to stand in lines every time you go to the bank for over 20 minutes this is you bank. You use them and leave the quick ones to me. 🤣 Not when I am withdrawing $80,000. Been there tried that.
