  I am really surprised at the 27 bad reviews... I have always been treated right at this bank. Everybody is very professional and nice. I love this bank and branch.

  Went to this bank on 8/10/21for a medallion signature on a stock power form to transfer assets to a special needs trust. The " Financial Solutions Advisor" told me it would take a few days. They had my phone number and e mail. Went back to the bank 8/24/21 , after no one from the bank communicated with me, to get some answers. To find out on 8/24/21 that the medallion request was denied on 8/11/21 the day after the request was made. No one called me or E mailed me and I WAITED AND WAITED FOR THIS IMPORTANT DOCUMENT. When I went to the bank on 8/24/21 Brian did not want to speak to us and passed us off to a clerk that knew nothing about this. Viktoriya Frye the"solutions advisor" was not there.She had a responsibility to call us on 8/11/21 after the cancellation but did not. She was interested in telling us about MERRILL INVESTMENTS. Never would I invest after this service. today 8/24/21 I did receive an e mail after I RETURNED FROM THE BANK. This is a poorly run bank. I will leave it ASAP.. This is not my first disappointment at this bank...
