I worked with Bill Kennard for an issue with my account. Bill worked on my problem, called and emailed TD corp on my behalf and had the problem rectified within 48 business hrs. Bill also kept me informed throughout his process via phone calls. Bill is a definite asset to TD Bank .

Long time B of A customer, left because of Woke ideology. Went to TD because of convenience but horrible experience from the jump. Opened several accounts online, had to complete the process at the banking center. Accounts were not opened correctly, had to return several times. Different banker almost every time. Online tools are terrible. In fairness, Don was very good. Everyone else very weak including branch manager Paul. Also, was not paid all incentive bonuses based on TD promotion(s) when we opened accounts. Even had difficulty closing accounts after just a few months, of course. Went to Chase, totally opposite experience. Now I hear TD bank is aligned with the Canadian government to crush the trucker movement. So glad we left TD bank. Customer beware…

Opened my account at Daytona branch. I use Ormond branch as it is close to my home. I have had only positive experiences so far. Everyone at the branch is courteous, friendly and knowledgeable of their services. I was recommended to TD by my boyfriend who banks with TD. I am glad I opened a TD account. The banking hours are great. The lack of ATM fee is awesome. Many type of accounts to choose from. Today I was helped out by Destiny at Ormond branch and she was very helpful.
