Samantha, the Business Accounts Specialist and Brian, the Bank Manager are hands down the absolute best bank professionals that I've ever worked with. I've dealt with both of them on several different occasions and the experience was always exceptional.

Stay away from this bank. The staff does not inform the customer of important informations like money not being available until it's too late. I gave them a check issued to me to get a cashier's check, and they post-dated the cashier's check without informing me. When I called to rectify the situation and give them the opportunity to resolve the issue, they blew me of and took down my information saying that, of course, the manager was unavailable. What a joke. Terrible customer service and business practices
